WP7 Can I get a hint?

The last app I submitted requires the user to enter strings of text, but for some reason, I was unable to figure out how to add hints. It is a common feature in most Windows Phone apps, but it is not easy to find the trick to get it to work. Thanks to a nudge from the Colinzer I was able to figure out how to do it. The key was InputScope. The documentation does not appear to indicate that using InputScope provides the user with hints, but by adding an InputScope of Text magically made them appear. The default of no InputScope means you just get raw text.

The hints provide a nice way of adding words to a sentence and corrects the occasional typo without using the backspace button.

A side benefit was that it I no longer needed to use the shift key to start a sentence.

Another benefit is that it has turned my Banner app http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/banner/696719a5-e1f7-4baa-b4c0-69108a8aae0e in to a game. Using hints, try to have a conversation with banners. You can use a single key to seed the message.
